This policy reflects Avolumi's current data flows and is not legal advice. Before publishing, complete the contact details and dates, review the text, and seek legal advice where appropriate.

1. What We Collect

We collect no personal data.

Avolumi has no self-hosted server, account system, advertising, analytics, or third-party SDKs. The developer cannot access, view, or retrieve what you record in the app.

2. Where Your Data Lives

The baby nickname and birth date you enter, feeding, sleep, diaper, and growth records, and app settings are stored:

  1. 1. Locally on your device, using Apple's SwiftData framework.
  2. 2. In your private iCloud database, when your device is signed in to iCloud. Apple CloudKit may sync data between your devices. The data belongs to your Apple Account and is inaccessible to the developer; Apple secures its transmission and storage.

If your device is not signed in to iCloud, the app uses local storage and its core features remain available.

3. What We Never Do

4. Notifications

Avolumi uses local notifications for feeding-interval reminders, timer-completion reminders, and weekly summaries. Notification content is created and scheduled on your device; it never passes through a developer server. You can disable notifications at any time in the app or in iOS Settings.

5. Purchases

Avolumi Premium is a one-time in-app purchase with Family Sharing. Purchases, refunds, and Family Sharing are handled by the Apple App Store; we never receive or store your payment information. The app reads only your entitlement status to unlock the relevant features.

6. Export and Deletion

7. Children's Privacy

Avolumi is intended for parents and caregivers, not children under 13. We collect no one's data and provide no public social or user-content sharing features.

8. Changes to This Policy

When this policy changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
