一句话总结：everdot 不收集、不上传、不出售你的任何个人信息。你的全部习惯与打卡数据都保存在你自己的设备上；若你主动开启 iCloud 同步，数据存放于你本人的 iCloud 私有数据库，开发者同样无法访问。

1. 我们收集哪些信息

我们不收集任何信息。everdot 没有账号体系，无需注册或登录，不要求你提供姓名、邮箱、手机号或任何身份标识。App 内不包含任何服务器通信代码，不会向开发者或任何第三方发送数据。

2. 你的数据存放在哪里

设备本地：你创建的习惯、打卡记录、跳过与冻结卡记录、提醒设置等，全部通过 Apple 的 SwiftData 框架保存在你设备的应用容器中。
App Group 共享容器：为使桌面小组件能够显示并记录打卡，数据保存在 App 与小组件共享的本地容器内。该容器仅本设备上的 everdot 可访问。
iCloud（可选）：只有在你于设置页主动开启「iCloud 同步」后，数据才会通过 Apple CloudKit 同步到你本人 Apple 账户下的私有数据库。该数据受你的 Apple 账户保护，开发者没有任何途径读取。你可随时关闭同步；关闭后已同步的数据不会被删除。

3. 关于内购

everdot 的付费功能通过 Apple 的 StoreKit 框架实现。所有支付流程均由 Apple 完成，开发者不接触也不存储你的支付方式、账单地址或 Apple 账户信息。App 仅从系统接收一个匿名的交易凭证，用于在本地标记你已解锁的功能。Apple 如何处理支付信息，请参阅 Apple 隐私政策。

4. 关于通知

习惯提醒与里程碑通知均为本地通知，由你的设备在指定时间自行触发，不经过任何服务器。通知权限可随时在系统「设置 → 通知」中撤销。

5. 关于数据导出

设置页的「导出数据」功能在你的设备本地生成 CSV 文件，随后交由系统分享面板处理。文件去向完全由你决定，开发者不会收到任何副本。

6. 第三方服务

everdot 不集成任何第三方 SDK。不含广告、不含数据分析、不含崩溃统计、不含用户行为追踪。App 不使用广告标识符（IDFA），不参与任何形式的跨 App 追踪。

7. 儿童隐私

everdot 不面向 13 岁以下儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童信息。由于 App 本身不收集任何信息，使用本 App 不涉及儿童个人数据的处理。

8. 你的权利与数据删除

由于所有数据都在你的掌控之下，你可以随时：

通过「导出数据」获取全部记录的副本；
在 App 内删除任意习惯及其记录；
从设备上删除 everdot——这将同时删除本地容器内的全部数据；
若曾开启 iCloud 同步，可在「系统设置 → Apple 账户 → iCloud → 管理账户存储空间」中删除对应数据。

我们无需（也无法）代你执行删除请求，因为我们从未持有你的数据。

9. 政策变更

若本政策发生变更，我们会更新本页顶部的生效日期。涉及重大变更时，将在 App 内以显著方式告知。

Privacy Policy

everdot · Effective: August 22, 2026

In short: everdot does not collect, transmit, or sell any of your personal information. All of your habit and check-in data stays on your own device. If you choose to enable iCloud sync, the data is stored in your own private iCloud database, which the developer cannot access either.

1. Information We Collect

We collect nothing. everdot has no account system and requires no sign-up or sign-in. It does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any identifier. The app contains no server communication code and sends no data to the developer or any third party.

2. Where Your Data Lives

On your device: Habits, check-ins, skip and freeze-card records, and reminder settings are stored in your device's app container via Apple's SwiftData framework.
App Group container: So the home screen widget can display and record check-ins, data is stored in a container shared between the app and its widget. Only everdot on this device can access it.
iCloud (optional): Only after you explicitly enable "iCloud Sync" in Settings is data synced via Apple CloudKit to the private database under your own Apple Account. It is protected by your Apple Account, and the developer has no means of reading it. You may disable sync at any time; already-synced data is not deleted.

3. In-App Purchases

Paid features are handled through Apple's StoreKit framework. All payment processing is performed by Apple, and the developer never receives or stores your payment method, billing address, or Apple Account details. The app receives only an anonymous transaction receipt from the system, used locally to mark which features you have unlocked. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles payment data.

4. Notifications

Habit reminders and milestone notifications are local notifications, scheduled and delivered by your own device. No server is involved. You may revoke notification permission at any time in System Settings.

5. Data Export

The "Export Data" feature generates a CSV file locally on your device and hands it to the system share sheet. Where the file goes is entirely your decision; the developer receives no copy.

6. Third-Party Services

everdot integrates no third-party SDKs. No advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting, no behavioral tracking. The app does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and does not engage in any form of cross-app tracking.

7. Children's Privacy

everdot is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children. As the app collects no information at all, its use does not involve processing children's personal data.

8. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Because all data remains under your control, you may at any time:

Obtain a full copy of your records via "Export Data";
Delete any habit and its records within the app;
Delete everdot from your device, which removes all data in the local container;
If iCloud sync was enabled, remove the corresponding data via System Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.

We cannot action deletion requests on your behalf, because we never held your data in the first place.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will additionally be surfaced within the app.
