下载、安装或使用 everdot（以下称「本 App」）即表示你已阅读、理解并同意本协议。如你不同意其中任何条款，请停止使用并从设备中删除本 App。
在你遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你一项非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，允许你在你所拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上，为个人非商业目的使用本 App。你不得对本 App 进行反向工程、反编译、拆解、出租、出借、转售或再分发。
本 App 是一款习惯记录工具，不是医疗设备，也不提供任何医疗、心理健康或专业建议。
本 App 提供的「戒断型习惯」功能仅用于帮助你自主记录天数，不构成对成瘾行为的治疗方案。若你正在应对烟草、酒精、药物、赌博或其他成瘾问题，或存在任何身心健康方面的顾虑，请咨询具备资质的医生或专业机构。请勿依赖本 App 替代专业诊疗，也请勿因本 App 中的任何内容而延误就医。
本 App 中的连续天数、健康分、里程碑等指标均为基于你自行录入数据的统计呈现，不代表任何健康评估结论。
本 App 将数据保存在你的设备上。你需自行负责数据的备份。因设备丢失、损坏、系统故障、误删应用、iCloud 服务异常或其他非我们直接控制的原因导致的数据丢失，我们不承担责任。建议你定期使用「导出数据」功能留存副本。
iCloud 同步功能依赖 Apple 提供的 CloudKit 服务，其可用性、同步时效与稳定性由 Apple 决定。本 App 的核心记录功能在完全离线状态下仍可正常使用。
本 App 及其名称、图标、界面设计、文案与全部代码的知识产权归开发者所有，受相关法律保护。你通过本 App 录入的习惯与打卡内容归你本人所有。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本 App 按「现状」提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保。我们不对因使用或无法使用本 App 而产生的任何间接、偶然或衍生损失承担责任。在任何情况下，我们的赔偿责任总额不超过你为本 App 实际支付的金额。
我们可能不时更新本协议，更新后将修改本页顶部的生效日期。继续使用本 App 即视为接受更新后的条款。你可随时通过删除本 App 终止本协议。
本协议的解释与争议解决适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规则）。若你在其他司法辖区使用本 App，你需自行确保遵守当地法律。

By downloading, installing, or using everdot (the "App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App and remove it from your device.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent, lease, resell, or redistribute the App.
The App is a habit-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and provides no medical, mental health, or professional advice.
The "abstinence habit" feature exists solely to let you record days on your own; it does not constitute a treatment program for addictive behavior. If you are dealing with tobacco, alcohol, drug, gambling, or other addiction, or have any physical or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified physician or professional service. Do not rely on the App as a substitute for professional care, and do not delay seeking care because of anything in the App.
Streaks, health scores, milestones, and similar figures are statistical presentations of data you entered yourself and do not represent any health assessment.
The App stores data on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss arising from device loss or damage, system failure, accidental deletion of the app, iCloud service issues, or other causes outside our direct control. We recommend periodically exporting a copy via "Export Data".
iCloud sync depends on Apple's CloudKit service; its availability, timeliness, and reliability are determined by Apple. The App's core tracking functionality works fully offline.
The App and its name, icon, interface design, copy, and all code are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable law. The habit and check-in content you enter belongs to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you actually paid for the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you use the App in another jurisdiction, you are responsible for complying with local law.
